Description
The Agilent E5402A low profile, pro-series soft touch connectorless probe provides access to signals in height-restricted areas like card cages and devices in adjacent slots. The 34-channel, single-ended, probe uses a pliable micro-spring pin design with a four-point crown tip that provides reliable contact even for contaminated or uneven board surfaces. With less than 0.7 pF loading and more than 2.5 Gbits/s rate, these probes are ideal for accurately capturing high-speed signals without impacting the performance of the circuit. The E5402A includes five retention modules. Order an E5412A to get an additional kit of five retention modules. This probe can be used with any logic analyzer with a 90-pin cable connector.
