Description
For use with Agilent’s 1156A, 57A and 58A single-ended active probes, the E2639A micro clips make it easy to connect to TQFP/PQFP IC packages with 0.5 mm lead pitch or greater. The micro clip can be used on the signal lead, the ground lead or both.
